I joined Buzz Geek, LLC as a Project Manager (IT) in 2017, and together with Josh, the CEO, we built Buzz Geek from scratch. Currently, I am Chief Digital Strategist, responsible for managing our Web Development and Digital Marketing teams simultaneously. My primary role involves overseeing the entire project cycle, including planning and implementation to tracking all projects to completion as well as developing new strategies for better output. In addition, I ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients is a crucial aspect of my responsibilities, as I work closely with all parties to identify project goals, requirements, and deliverables. With my experience and expertise I ensure that both teams meet their objectives and deliver high-quality results.
